Where you can buy 2xhome items? 
2xhome is only available for sell on Amazon, Overstock and Walmart. We do not sell items on eBay, or any others online platforms, and we do not distribute to any sellers, including Finemod imports, Designer Modern, Exclusivemod, DesignerLife.

What is our return policy?
If you are not satisfied with our item, you must contact us for RMA# and return address. The return item has to be with 
all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item should be in the condition it was received, unused, and in the original box and/or packaging.

If the item is being returned for reasons falling under ‘Buyer’s Remorse’, return shipping fees and outbound shipping fees, which may have been free originally, will be deducted from your refund. We will also charge a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. Buyer’s remorse covers, but is not limited to:

Accidental orders/ Bought by Mistake
Cancellation after ship out
Items no longer needed/wanted
Better price available
No reason given
Incompatible or not useful for intended purpose
Item is too large/small/tall/short
Ordered wrong style/size/color
Didn't like material / Did not like the color

We will not accept any returns unless we have issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #). RMA #s expire 30 days from the date of delivery of the item. For your protection, we recommend that all items be returned through a traceable shipping method.

If you return an item using the return label provided and the return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
With regards to pricing, 2xhome, Inc. reserves the right to change prices of items as and when deemed necessary. Should 2xhome reduce the price on any product after a purchase made by you, we cannot guarantee any refunds for the difference.

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. Used items are not eligible for return to us. If we receive a used item, we will request you to pay us to have the item shipped back to you, or discard it. 

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: will be returned to sender or up to 50% of item's price will be refunded.

Please allow several business days for your return refund to process back to you.

What is our defect or damaged item policy?                                                                                                                                          

2xhome reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether an item qualifies for credit or for return as warranty, quality or a defective good (other than for freight damage) and whether to repair, replace or partially replace any such item. Damage/Defect standard policy is to provide replacement parts. Damages and/or defects reported after 48 hours are not covered.

In case of damages and defects, we ask that you provide photographs so we can see the extent of damage which will help process your request sooner and will lead to quicker resolution timelines.

Please hold on to the damaged items and all original packaging. When you receive your replacement part tracking notification, we will advise if your damaged part can be disposed of or if it will need to be returned.

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. The customer will be notified if reported damages.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can only cancel the order with full refund if the item has not shipped. Once the item has shipped, and the buyer wants to cancel the order, the buyer has to return the item back to us with their own shipping costs, and the total refund amount will be deducted from the original shipping costs we paid for the transaction.

If the item is returned back us, for any cases, such as incorrect address, refused, or failed to pick up. The order will be treated as cancellation, which means total amount of refund will be deducted from the shipping costs we paid for the transaction.

How long does it take to ship my order?
In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours after the payment is cleared. Orders are usually delivered within 1 - 5 working days after item shipped. Once the order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping to anywhere?
No. We only offer free shipping to lower 48 continental states of US address. No free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or any other non-US locations. Please contact us for a quote. Note, buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be levied on international shipments.
